Franco practices Civil Litigation with an emphasis on Personal Injury and Insurance Benefits, as well as Wills, Estates & Estate Litigation. He has represented clients in both trial and appellate level courts, as well as various administrative tribunals.
Franco works to seek both effective and timely positive results for his clients with a very hands-on approach.
Franco was called to the bar in 1995 and attended Osgoode Hall Law School. Prior to studying law, he studied economics at Western University. He has practised continuously at the firm since his articles and is now the Managing Partner of Nolan, Ciarlo LLP.
